Welcome to the world of Decorative Concrete Resurfacing. This web site was developed to help you understand the endless possibilities in the world of concrete resurfacing and finishing. The practice of resurfacing existing concrete surfaces is proliferating throughout the world. The reason is simple: technological advancements make it possible to apply thin cement overlays over existing concrete surfaces, in a multitude of finishes, that are harder, and more durable then the concrete underneath. Most overlays are from 1/16" to 3/8" total thickness. Applications vary from sprayed or squeegee applied texture, to what is commonly referred as 1/4" stamping overlays.
 Our industry is constantly introducing new innovative materials. One of the newest additions to the Decorative Concrete Resurfacing arsenal is a Portland "Paint" like cement called Spray-Top®: a micro-thin polymer enhanced cement coating, which can be applied to any stable concrete surface, stained in a multitude of color variations, and sealed for long term durability.
Due to the growing interests and application of these systems, the Concrete Resurfacing Network was created to allow Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Homeowners centralized access to validate information on the application procedures, the array of choices and their respective limitations, as well as the average costs and related longevity factors.
