Commercial Real Estate Frontage

The customer wanted his front sidewalk to stand out, include his logo, and match the building design.

The building is a standard contemporary commercial single story structure, with a brick façade and metal framed windows and doors.

We opted to create a multi textured sidewalk with a slate texture banner for the logo; a Running Bond Brick pattern; and stone textured pavers at the control joints and to frame the banner area.

Once this was complete, we used vinyl stencils and Spray-Top® cementitious ultra thin coating to create the logo in a turquoise blue custom color base. The entire surface is sealed with Ultra Surface Acrylic Urethane, with a light broadcast of Aluminum Oxide granules (#80) in between coats.

The result was well beyond the expectations of the customer, who has decided to renovate the black top in order to really bring out the design, colors, and textures of the cement overlay.

This job has resulted in numerous referrals, and truly represents the diversity of the systems offered by the Concrete Resurfacing Network.
