The Concrete Resurfacing Network Institute (CRNI)
offers a training curriculum without peers. Our biggest advantage is our on-the-job REAL life training sessions. Most Resurfacing companies offer 2 to 3 day training programs in a controlled environment. Although the training sessions are very informative, trainees are often limited to listening and observing a highly capable veteran apply the hosting company's featured products.
CRNI offers 3 to 5 day training program with a combination of classroom, controlled environment, and REAL on-the-job sessions. Our training is based on systems application methods, and not product specific.
CRNI believes in "hands on training". Not only are the classes taught by the most experienced and sought after resurfacing people in the industry, you are then brought "out in the field" to practice what you have learned in a "real life" example.
"An individual can read all of the books they want on the game of golf, but until they pick up that club and swing, they have no idea what to expect!" If you decided to learn the game of golf, the fastest way to proficiency is to hire a golf pro and get lessons. The pro analyzes every swing you make during a lesson and makes "immediate" corrections as needed. Just like the golf pro, our experienced instructors watch over, direct and correct your motions while you practice what you have been taught in class on a "real life" job!
We break our course curriculum into several sequential modules, each consisting of 2 to 5 day training sessions. Our courses are conducted every month, and you must graduate certain levels, in order to move on to another.
CRNI limits the amount of students per class to maximize efficiency. This assures personalized attention, and ensures that YOU are getting "hands on experience" while actually doing the work under the supervision and guidance or our experienced journeyman instructors.
