CRN INSTITUTE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
We feature what we believe is the best training curriculum and teaching format available anywhere. As contractors for the past 20 years, and through our satellite CRN Certified Contractor: Pied Piper Construction, LLC, we stay focused on the daily tasks and issues that happen on a continual basis in our line of business.
Our On-the-Job training is the result of our constant finger on-the-trigger mode. We know that it's literally impossible to grasp a HINT of understanding for field conditions in a classroom or controlled board application environment. Nothing beats REALITY! (Just look at the popularity of the REAL LIFE shows.) Our classes are taught the basics in class, practice on boards in a controlled environment, and then in order to graduate, taken out on the field to put their newly learned skills at work on a REAL JOB!. Of course, one of our journeyman instructors is there to ensure that all goes well, or to make quick adjustments as needed to flow through the scope of work. We teach you what it's like to deal with real weather conditions. We teach quick reactions to fix small mishaps, which are either real or created by us. We allow our students to make mistakes, in order to teach them how to efficiently repair possible errors.
Our goal is to teach you that MISTAKES HAPPEN! We prepare you to AVOID costly errors, REPAIR them quickly if they happen, and RECOGNIZE the antidotes to avoid failures.
